1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between Mavericks in Motion Co., Ltd. ("the Company", "we", "us") and you regarding the EOBO mobile app ("the Service"). By creating an account or using EOBO, you agree to these Terms.

2. What EOBO is

EOBO turns the fish you catch into a collection. You photograph a catch, and EOBO uses artificial intelligence to identify the species and draw it as a cute character that lives in your aquarium. You can build a field guide of the species you've collected, and — if you choose — share your catches to a feed where other people can see and comment.

3. Definitions

"Service" — all features provided through the EOBO app.
"Catch" — a fish you record by photo, together with the species result, the character we generate, and any details you add (such as the location).
"Content" — anything you create or share (photos, catch records, feed posts, comments).
"Feed" — the public area of the app where users share catches and comment.
"Subscription" — an auto-renewing paid plan offered in the app.

4. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 14 years old to use EOBO.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure.
You can sign in with email, or with Apple, Google, or Kakao.

5. AI-generated content

When you record a catch, your photo is sent to third-party AI services to identify the species and to create a character. Species results are automated estimates and may be wrong — do not rely on them to decide whether a fish is safe to eat or handle. Generated characters are stylized illustrations, not exact likenesses. See the Privacy Policy for which providers receive your photo.

6. Subscriptions & billing

If you buy an auto-renewing subscription:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.

7. Community standards (zero tolerance)

EOBO has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.

Prohibited: offensive, hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content.
Report: you can report any content or user in the app via "Report".
Block: you can block any user to immediately hide their content and stop contact.
We review reports and act on objectionable content or abusive users within 24 hours — including removing content and/or banning the user.

8. Your responsibilities

You must not:

Infringe others' intellectual property or privacy.
Post hate speech, discrimination, or harassment.
Upload sexual, pornographic, or violent material.
Share another person's private information without consent.
Fake a catch or post content unrelated to fishing to mislead others.

You are also responsible for following your local fishing laws — licenses, size and catch limits, and protected-species rules. EOBO is a record-keeping and entertainment app and does not provide legal, safety, or catch-regulation advice.

9. Content rights

You keep ownership of what you create. By sharing a catch to the feed, you grant the Company a limited license to host, display, and deliver it within the Service. Characters generated for you are yours to use inside the app.

10. Suspension & termination

We may restrict or suspend access if you break these Terms or the law. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent termination.

11. Privacy

We handle personal information under the EOBO Privacy Policy, available in the app.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". Species identification and other AI features are provided without any warranty of accuracy. We are not liable for losses from force majeure, disputes between users, reliance on AI results, or the loss of content, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of user content.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Seoul.
